Description of service

Equadle is a free, browser-based daily equation puzzle game. No account, download, or payment is required to play. The service is provided at no cost and is intended for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

No warranty

Equadle is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that puzzles will always be mathematically correct (though every effort is made to ensure they are).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operators of Equadle shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update game rules, puzzle formats, or difficulty settings at our discretion.

Acceptable use

• Use automated tools or scripts to scrape, mine, or exploit the service in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract future puzzle answers in a way that undermines the game for other players.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

All content on equadle.com - including the game name, logo, puzzle logic, and design - is owned by or licensed to the operators of Equadle and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

Third-party services

The site includes a "Buy Me a Coffee" support button provided by a third-party service. Your use of that service is governed by Buy Me a Coffee's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

Privacy

Your use of Equadle is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
